Our commitment
looxpassword is built to know as little about you as possible. Your vault is end-to-end encrypted, which means we cannot read its contents under any circumstances. This policy explains what limited data we do process and why.
This is a starter template. Replace it with a policy reviewed by qualified legal counsel before launch.
What we collect
- Account identifier. A minimal identifier tied to your Apple ID to sync your encrypted vault across devices.
- Encrypted vault data. Stored only as ciphertext we cannot decrypt.
- Operational data. Basic, non-identifying diagnostics required to keep the service running reliably.
What we do not collect
- No advertising identifiers.
- No third-party trackers or analytics profiles.
- No plaintext access to your passwords, ever.
Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data with service providers only to the extent strictly necessary to operate the service, under contractual privacy obligations.
Your rights
You may request export or deletion of the limited account data associated with you at any time by contacting us.
